VP Product / Head of Product / Product Director to join a B2B2C SaaS platform which utilises Generative AI to enable organisations to grow their online presence at a fraction of the cost.
Having already established product-market fit, become cash flow positive, and doubled their revenue last year, you will be working closely with the Founder/CEO to scale the business to the next stage of growth
Within the first 6 months you’ll launching an AI avatar which serves as a guide to the product, as well as implementing visual inputs which can allow for social media posts to be automatically created based on what is in the picture instead of what the customer has prompted
Salary: £80K – £100K + equity
Location: Remote (UK based)
The VP Product / Head of Product / Product Director will:
– Work closely with the CEO to shape product strategy
– Be comfortable operating as an IC with the aim to grow the product team
– Establish product analytics and use this to drive decision making
– Favour fast decision making – learn quick and adjust if needed
– Ensure customer needs are continuously being met
– Be leading and managing a team of 4
The VP Product / Head of Product / Product Director must have:
– Strong product leadership experience in a scaling, fast-paced B2B2C environment
– Experience leading product at an AI-first organisation or in MarTech / Marketing Technology
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– An analytical and data-driven way of thinking
– A high degree of urgency, be extremely driven and hands-on
