Eight work laws coming in April 2024

Eight work laws coming into force in April 2024 that will affect anyone with a job have been revealed. Expected changes to employment legislation in 2024 and beyond have been revealed ahead of the fourth month of the year.

There are some big changes coming in April which will affect flexible working, maternity, paternity and shared parental leave among others. There are also new workplace protections for women during pregnancy.
