I am looking for a Senior Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager to join one of the largest retailers in the UK, who serve millions of customers every day.
The Senior Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager will focus on creating a best-in-class in-store experience for customers by developing innovative technology that provides them with an enjoyable and seamless journey. Including, developing the store’s mobile app, streamlining click & collect and creating new checkout technology.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-loved retailer and have an immediate impact by delivering products that will give customers an amazing shopping experience. The Senior Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager will have the chance to be curious and experiment with new ideas that will solve real challenges faced every day!
Salary: £65-75k + 20% Bonus + great benefits!
Location: London / Hybrid
The Senior Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager will:
*Create innovative products for an excellent customer journey and experience!
*Drive new product development and enhance current product portfolio
*Manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
*Make data-based decisions and deliver on agreed product metrics (OKRs)
*Support the strategy, develop roadmaps, and manage the backlogs
The Senior Product Manager / eCommerce Product Manager must have:
*Knowledge of in-store technology
*Worked on simplifying complex customer journeys
*Experience identifying user problems and new opportunities
*Experience working on the full product lifecycle
*Worked as a Product Manager for an eCommerce platform or have experience from an online retailer
