Working for a rapidly scaling SAAS company that helps charities of all sizes engage with their customers, build/host events and raise money for good causes, the Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Owner (SAAS, Charities) role involves leading a squad with full responsibility for new and existing features for one of their core products. You’ll have full lifecycle ownership including understanding customer problems and developing new ideas to shaping the roadmap and leading the build. They dominate their market and are scaling rapidly; equity is part of the package.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Product Manager, or a Product Manager who wants to step up to a role with full lifecycle responsibility.

They have offices in London but have a flexible work approach, so you could be anything from 100% office based to visiting the office 3-4 days per month.

The Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Owner (SAAS, Charities) will:

* Own the product backlog & roadmap for a key B2B2C platform, which have generated over £100m in donations for charities to date.
* Ensure the customer is at the centre of all product activity, by identifying the key problems that need to be solve for via a variety of data sources
* Collaborate with talented individuals across product, design and closely with to rapidly scope, test and validate possible solutions
* Become the “go-to” person for the B2B2C Platform, someone who knows all the ins and outs of both the users and the product

Candidates for the Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Owner (SAAS, Charities) role must have:

* Product Management experience either with a Charity or a SAAS software business (understanding how charities operate ad their challenges would be super useful but is not essential).
* Strong experience managing features and/or products throughout the full development lifecycle – from ideation through to delivery
* Experience identifying user problems and opportunities using a variety of data sources (e.g. analytics, user testing, internal feedback, competitor analysis) and building product recommendations
* Experience creating and managing a product backlog & roadmap
* Strong communication skills, ability to talk and engage with junior members of staff to C-suite executives and external customers.
* Highly organised and able to plan, manage, track and deliver projects effectively and manage stakeholder expectations
* Comfort with ambiguity & able to prioritise effectively
