Product Manager – £50-75k – Hybrid (Bristol, 2 days) – Social Mission/Tech for Good
We’re partnering with an established, fast-scaling tech business with a strong social mission to transform lives through innovative, purpose-driven software. With teams across Europe and the US, they build technology that empowers people to live more independently and engage more fully with the world around them. As part of their continued growth, they’re hiring a Product Manager to play a key role in shaping their core platform.
This is a permanent full-time hybrid position, based in central Bristol with 2 days a week in the office. You’ll report into the Head of Department, working closely with UX, engineering, content, and global commercial teams. The company offers a tight-knit, collaborative environment with a strong social mission, and they’re building out their product function for the first time.
The Product Manager will:
- Own end-to-end product development across a range of software initiatives
• Drive discovery through user research, data insights, and stakeholder input
• Define and prioritise product roadmaps based on user needs and commercial value
• Create clear user stories, manage delivery plans, and guide products from concept to launch
• Balance business, technical, and regulatory requirements
• Work across multiple feature areas, adapting quickly to shifting priorities
• Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders to drive real impact
Required Experience:
- 4+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a SME & having worked across multiple products. This is essential.
• Worked with multiple product lines or complex feature sets
• Strong commercial awareness and a strategic approach to prioritisation
