Senior Product Manager / Product Lead needed by rapidly scaling marketplace who are not only helping consumers get a better deal, they help providers source more work and help the environment whilst doing so.
Our Client has revolutionised the logistics & transportation sector by developing and applying technologies that manage supply and demand. This allows them to facilitate the most efficient journeys utilising existing capacity, helping consumers get a better deal and transport providers get more work & which also helps the environment by reducing traffic and energy consumption. Our Client is carbon neutral, a recent member of the World Land Trust and have so far offset over 6,500 tonnes of CO2 in their first year of membership.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will own the seller side of the marketplace product and aim to give transport providers a best in class user experience.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will:
Own the seller side product and have a relentless focus on delivering a best-in-class experience
Ideate, present and own a seller side product strategy which aligns with the business goals
Define the metrics for success, then deliver them
Manage & inspire key cross functional stakeholders and colleagues
Drive simplicity from complexity
Use data, research and analysis to inform product strategy
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead must:
·Have structured product management skills
·Be able to demonstrate delivering consistently good product
·Have experience working for a scaling organisation
·Be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills
·Be demonstrably passionate about the user experience
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead will likely be from a B2C, B2B2C or marketplace background, however experience with high volume B2B products that have the user at their heart would also be welcome.
