A well-backed consumer unicorn is hiring a Group Product Manager / Product Lead to drive the strategy and delivery of a brand-new platform offering, following a recent acquisition. You’ll lead two Product Managers and a wider cross-functional team of engineers, owning the end-to-end roadmap and delivering real impact.
Salary Package: £95–105k + Benefits
Location: Manchester (Hybrid, 2–3 days)
This is a rare opportunity for a Group Product Manager / Product Lead as the role offers the autonomy to own an acquired platform with the stability and scale of an established unicorn!
The Group Product Manager / Product Lead will:
- Identify customer pain points and develop innovative, data-led solutions.
- Build MVPs and iterate based on insight and performance.
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution from ideation through to delivery.
- Create and validate business cases, aligning stakeholders across the business.
- Help shape a high-performing team culture in a growing Manchester product hub.
The Group Product Manager / Product Lead must have:
- Experience in a fast-paced, 0–1 or scaling product environment.
- Clear understanding of what “good product” looks like.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving decisions independently.
