We are looking for a Senior Product Designer Mobile Apps / Senior Mobile UI Designer / Senior Apps UX Manager for a very large high traffic eCommerce business that sells to millions of consumers.
This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week in the Central London offices (possibly less).
The Senior Product Designer Mobile Apps / Senior Mobile UI Designer / Senior Apps UX Manager will:
– Deliver industry leading user consumer experiences, working directly with the design team, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
– Use core architecture and design skills to take deliverables through a full project lifecycle
– Produce documentation to convey the vision of user types, scenarios, journeys, flow/decision maps
– Have full autonomy – generate wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and other required design artefacts.
– Collaborate with the team to ensure brand identity is considered and integrated into all features and ensure the logical user flow is translated into an intuitive and stylish experience
– Conduct user/market, usability and competitive design research and sharing your findings with the team.
– Collaborate with other product designers to maintain the Global Design System
– Work with the analytics and product management teams to make measurable UX decisions
– Ensure deliveries meet design specifications through internal QA tests
The Senior Product Designer Mobile Apps / Senior Mobile UI Designer / Senior Apps UX Manager must have:
– Strong experience as a senior product designer within a high traffic transactional ecommerce environment (eg. groceries, fashion, travel, media, entertainment, airlines, etc)
– Experience in mobile app UI design (iOS and Android)
– Strong generalist experience across UX, UI and research, including visuals and good process
– The ability to creatively think and present concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
– Comfortable travelling to central London offices 1 day per week (possibly less)
