Working for an incredibly well funded ESG SAAS software scale-up with a superstar founder and leadership team, the Senior Manager, Customer Success / Customer Success Lead / B2B SAAS Customer Success Manager role involves managing high profile customer relationships to drive long-term customer retention and engagement.

The leadership team is an elite group of industry leaders who have raised significant funding. This is a heavily mission driven movement which at the same time provides an innovative solution to a significant ESG related problem.

The Senior Manager, Customer Success / Customer Success Lead / B2B SAAS Customer Success Manager will work closely with members of the product, marketing, and sales team to management all aspects of the customer relationship lifecycle for customers in the UK from onboarding and configuration to renewal.

This is a remote first role requiring occasional travel to their office in London.

The Senior Manager, Customer Success / Customer Success Lead / B2B SAAS Customer Success Manager will:
* Help craft the support strategy and engagement for long-term retention of customers.
* Keep systems and people (Hubspot & PlanHat) updated with all client interactions to help inform data-driven decisions.
* Be thoughtful about pipeline management around renewal and expansion revenue.
* Be creative in solving problems or answers questions that customers have.
* Be proactive to ensure best practices are developed for future clients and internal teams.

The Senior Manager, Customer Success / Customer Success Lead / B2B SAAS Customer Success Manager must have:
* Experience working as a Customer Success Manager for a scaling SAAS software vendor, ideally for an ESG SAAS platform or a SAAS platform targeting private equity firms although this is not essential.
* Experience managing all aspects of the customer relationship lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
* A desire to be very hands on and engage regularly with customers.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Methodology, etc).
* A strong interest in the private equity and ESG space.
