Product Owner / Product Manager needed for a Leisure Management software company providing everything leisure organisations need to win, maintain, and manage their members.
The Product Owner / Product Manager will be working on the software which helps these leisure organisations provide their members with an easy way to join centres/clubs, book & review activities, and generally manage their experience.
This software is used by some of the UK’s biggest gym brands!
Salary: £45,000 – 55,000
Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire (hybrid, 1 day a week in office)
This opportunity could be right for someone looking to step up and take full ownership. Training will be provided to help this process.
The Product Owner / Product Manager will:
* Lead and motivate agile project teams
* Oversee the entire product lifecycle
* Aim to consistently improve customer experience and drive product visions
* Supporting the scrum master in sprint planning and execution
* Own the product backlog
The Product Owner / Product Manager will have:
* Experience developing and presenting product roadmaps
* Understanding of agile methodologies
* An analytical mind
* Experience of successfully implementing software or web development projects
* The ability to lead a team
