SaaS Product Owner needed by leading provider of Customer Service Management Software.
Our client is a Series A scale-up currently searching for a Product Owner whose software is used across a range of business sectors to help improve customer service and all-round service management delivery.
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Share Options & Benefits
Location: Fully Remote
The Product Owner will play a vital part in delivering one of the company’s core platforms that drives action points and improvements for clients which transforms the ways in which their workforce processes operate.
The Product Owner will:
– Focus heavily on complex data automation from onboarding, processing, to reporting.
– Own the product backlog.
– Manage sprints & releases.
– Work collaboratively with developers and tech teams to release best in class products that users love.
– Create new product features and functions.
The Product Owner must have:
– A track record delivering great B2B products.
– Excellent stakeholder management skills.
– Developed and validated new business cases.
– An autonomous / self-starter mentality.
