eCommerce Product Manager / B2C Product Manager needed by eCommerce business in the entertainment space.
The eCommerce Product Manager / B2C Product Manager will own the post purchase experience and “my account” products and look at how to add post purchase features and functionality that add value to the experience as well as share of wallet. ie additional post purchase experiences, relevant promotions, personalisation, loyalty etc.
This is a hybrid role, expectation is to be in the office 2 days / week
The eCommerce Product Manager / B2C Product Manager will work with stakeholders in numerous departments including ticketing, international, data, loyalty and customer support.
Questions the eCommerce Product Manager / B2C Product Manager will seek answers to include:
·What is the price point to offer a subscription service instead of individual sales?
·How do we personalise the customer experience and reward loyalty?
·How best to capture customer data?
·How do we develop a premium, paid for, loyalty offering?
The eCommerce Product Manager / B2C Product Manager must have:
Worked with a B2C or D2C product that has some technical complexity
Delivered great products that consumers love
The capability to manage numerous stakeholders and occasionally competing demands
An evidence and data driven approach to prioritisation and product development
Any experience of eCommerce, myaccount / account management, personalisation and / or loyalty would be advantageous but is not a pre requisite.
