Product Director / Head of Product needed by early stage start up who will be raising series A funding next year.
The Exec team have a track record building and selling tech businesses, this is a great opportunity to join at an early stage and be part of a real success story in the Tech4Good space.
The Product Director / Head of Product will report to the exec team and have complete ownership of the product strategy, roadmap and backlog.
As the first product person on board one of the key tasks will be to bring order and structure to BAU, build a tech team, take over the release of the MVP and prioritise the next 6 months work.
The Client provide a platform that dramatically increases employee engagement by helping businesses to become purpose driven – in brief allows businesses to manage employees charitable contributions, volunteer days and match spending, it provides BI for CSR purposes and will allow employees to manage their contributions and investments simultaneously.
The Product Director / Head of Product will:
·Own the product strategy, roadmap and backlog
·Assess and prioritise MVPs for rollout
·Work with customers and conduct research to uncover needs, create user stories and epics
·Build an experiment roadmap to test new ideas
·Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand the current and future landscape
The Product Director / Head of Product must:
·Have strong SaaS product management experience
·Know what good tech and UX looks like
·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
·Have worked with or for an early stage start up or fast growing organisation
