**THIS ROLE REQUIRES RELOCATION TO DUBAI**
The Performance Marketing Lead / Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Head of PPC will:
– Manage and optimise all paid activity.
– Build out their team of data analysts/paid social.
– Strategically work with the Head of Growth to execute growth strategy, increasing reach, engagement, and conversions from the channel mix
– Conduct customer, wider market and competitor research and analysis.
– Own the reporting and forecasting of campaigns, across all KPIs.
The Performance Marketing Lead / Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Head of PPC must have:
– Strong PPC experience in a high traffic, high impression environment.
– Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats.
– A strong bias for action and/or a “test, measure, and learn” approach.
– Be a data-driven marketeer.
– The desire to stay up to date with the latest PPC trends and test new ideas.
– Excellent analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Google Analytics.
