We are searching for a Performance Creative Strategist / Paid Social Advert Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to join a new high growth d2c eCommerce subscription business. They are soon to announce their Series B funding.

Your role will focus on the creative side of marketing campaigns, developing and optimizing creative content to enhance engagement and performance. In particular, you will work on creating engaging adverts for paid social.

This is a hybrid role & their office is based in central London (Zone 1).

The Performance Creative Strategist / Paid Social Advert Manager / Performance Marketing Manager will:

Generate innovative concepts for visuals, and formats to captivate users, address customer needs, and enhance conversion rates.
Create exciting briefs for creators and agency partners tailored to TikTok, META and YouTube ads.
Utilize analytics platforms to assess the performance of creative assets, enabling the development of iterative ads and fresh angles for improved acquisition outcomes.
Foster collaboration with media buyers to assess creative effectiveness and shape future briefs.
Engage in daily customer and audience research, analysing feedback, ad comments, competitor reviews, surveys, and market trends.
Transform research findings into actionable directives for editors, team members, and agency partners, ensuring ideas are executed to drive conversions effectively.

The Performance Creative Strategist / Paid Social Advert Manager / Performance Marketing Manager should have:

Experience creating ads for paid social in a b2c/d2c eCommerce environment is ideal.
Experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, either within the brand itself or at an agency.
Strongly encouraged to provide a portfolio alongside your application; applications lacking a portfolio may not receive full consideration.
Extensive knowledge of creative efficacy with a demonstrated history of crafting high-performing creative content.
Proven expertise in developing and guiding briefs for creative teams.
An innovative mindset, adept at experimenting with creative iterations and recognizing the significant impact of minor adjustments.
