Working for a consumer financial education business with a mission to help ordinary people understand the investment world, the Mobile Apps Product Manager / Senior Product Owner / Mobile Product Manager role involves building and launching a communities App that will connect people who want to learn about their finances and make better decisions.
The organisation has significant funding and will double their headcount to 50 people in 2022. You’ll have full ownership of this high-profile product that will help large numbers of customers.
The Mobile Apps Product Manager / Senior Product Owner / Mobile Product Manager is a hybrid role, part based in central London.
The Mobile Apps Product Manager / Senior Product Owner / Mobile Product Manager will:
-Lead the build and launch of a feature rich communities based App, which will include discussion, webinars, Live broadcasts, Rich content and articles, education courses, certifications/badges, etc.
-Manage discovery work to understand target customers and ensure the product/solution delivers value for and delights the customer.
-Lead an agile team, prioritising a roadmap to build, launch and optimise the new App.
-Manage stakeholder relationships, internally and externally.
Candidates for the Mobile Apps Product Manager / Senior Product Owner / Mobile Product Manager role must have:
-Experience building or managing consumer facing mobile Apps (iOS & Android).
-Ideally experience from content rich environments, such as education, edtech, publishing, media, communities, social networking. However candidates may have App experience from any consumer facing sector, such as eCommerce, retail, travel, holidays, entertainment, ticketing, airlines, etc
-Any experience of subscription services is ideal but not essential.
-Strong communication skills and ability to engage across a broad range of technical, non technical and executive levels.
-Ideally a customer obsessive and data obsessive focus.
