Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing and Sales Manager needed by a leading organisation who are perfectly positioned in the middle of both Healthcare and Education sectors.
Having expanded operations nationwide, they’re now in need of a marketing with an excellent understanding of the key market principles to take them to the next level and branch out into new sectors.
This is an office based role, with offices in West London.
The Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager will:-
* Oversee the annual Marketing budget and Marketing plan, ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met within the allocated budget.
* Create comprehensive campaign strategies for the Marketing team to generate valuable sales leads.
* Regularly analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts and present insightful reports to the directors.
* Manage day-to-day communication with key clients, fostering strong relationships, and organise regular face-to-face meetings to address their evolving needs.
* Maintain and optimise website content while proactively identifying and engaging new clients.
The Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager must have:-
* Proven experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
* Experience managing a small marketing team.
* Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
* Proven Business development/sales experience.
* Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as; Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva.
