Working for a growing social impact consultancy, the B2B Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager will take over existing campaigns and optimise them, while building new campaigns to grow higher quality enquiries for the business.
This will be marketing hire #1 for the company, so the B2B Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager will need to be able to wear lots of hats, delivering on paid search, media, SEO, and content campaigns, as well as producing creatives.
This organisation does not currently use an agency for design, so this is a very hands-on role that will require the B2B Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to produce weekly social media posts, for example, themselves.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in Central London (Bank area).
The B2B Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager will:
- Manage and optimise existing paid advertising campaigns.
- Build out new campaigns to enhance the existing marketing strategy.
- Produce the creatives for marketing collateral without use of designers/external agency.
- Understand how to manage social media accounts.
- Lead website SEO.
- Develop digital and physical collateral.
Candidates for the B2B Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager role must have:
- 3+ years’ B2B marketing experience in businesses with quick/transactional sales cycles (e.g. services or certain SaaS software).
- Proven success in running paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads and Microsoft/Linkedin Ads).
- Some provable design experience (e.g. web pages, social media posts, brochures, etc).
- Candidates may have worked agency-side but must be hands-on.
