Senior Product Manager (Subscription) | D2C Consumer Goods | £90k-95k + 10% Bonus | Fully Remote

A high-growth D2C luxury consumer goods brand is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the subscription experience. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll shape the product vision, drive experimentation, and deliver features that delight users and drive growth.

 

Package: £90,000-95,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits

The Senior Product Manager (Subscription) will:

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for subscription experiences.
  • Own end-to-end delivery: from discovery and UX to launch and iteration.
  • Drive product discovery through user research, A/B testing, and data insights.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion and LTV.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing.
  • Champion customer insights through research, data, and behavioural analysis.

 

The Senior Product Manager (Subscription) must have:

  • Proven experience in a subscription-led consumer goods business
  • Strong track record in improving growth and monetisation within subscriptions.
  • Proven success shipping impactful features in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong grasp of experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, GA4, Mixpanel).
  • Experience with UX optimization, customer research, and performance metrics.
  • A data-informed mindset with a passion for continuous learning and iteration.
