Product Manager
£80,000-£90,000k + equity shares

A Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Owner is needed by the most advanced synthetic information company in the world. They are about to launch an industry first product that will accelerate innovation and increase privacy at the world’s leading financial institutions.
They are a stable but growing Series A funded business, the next round of funding is expected early next year with team members being fully remote spread, from London to Ecuador.
Reporting to the CEO, the Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Owner will be responsible for developing this product, currently with six high profile financial institution customers and twice as many POCs occurring at the same time, they are ready for new customer growth. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, the COO, the CTO and software engineer teams.
This is an opportunity to be part of a business story as it continues to grow internationally and own the product function.
The Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Owner will be responsible for:
. Collaborating with the Design team throughout the stages of feature development and iteration.
. Working closely with Data team to ensure our reports are insightful and ‘tell a story’.
. Understanding what the data is saying about user behaviour and how that impacts further feature iteration, development, and prioritisation.
. Feature development and delivery.
. Normal product management stuff…roadmap prioritisation, define and analysing metrics, requirements gathering and defining, user testing.
The Product Manager / Product Lead / Product Owner will have:
. Demonstrated success defining and launching successful products in a fast paced, start up or scaleup environment.
. A B2B Product management background. Ideally with exposure to AI, big data, synthetic data or an enterprise application.
. Experience of Agile, Scrum and Jira or equivalent
. Exceptional technical and non-technical communication skills
. Experience taking and significant improving/refining a product
. Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative
