Head of Performance Marketing / Acquisition Lead / Head of Paid Social needed by a DTC premium pet brand who have already been dubbed as the UK fastest growing startup company for pets.
After a significant funding round backed by some of the biggest VCs in the industry, they’re now in need for a hands-on performance marketing leader to tap into their creativity and expertise in order to optimise performance marketing campaigns end-to-end.
The Head of Performance Marketing / Acquisition Lead / Head of Paid Social will:-
* Develop and execute high-impact paid social campaign strategies to fuel ambitious growth goals (across META, Tiktok ect).
* Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and rigorous testing to maximise ROI.
* Work closely with in creative teams and agencies to develop and optimise compelling performance campaigns.
* Built, develop and mentor a team of talented marketers.
The Head of Performance Marketing / Acquisition Lead / Head of Paid Social must have:-
* Proven experience managing significant paid ad budgets, preferably DTC startup/ scale up business.
* Exceptional technical expertise in Meta/TikTok campaign management and optimisation.
* Savvy analytical skills and an obsession with performance marketing results.
* A creative problem-solver’s attitude and the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
* Passion for collaborating with cross-functional partners.
* A self-motivated and driven attitude and desire to take ownership of outcomes.
