Head of marketing / Marketing director

Head of Marketing / Marketing Director needed by a rapidly scaling fintech organisation who’s payments platform has already launched in more than a dozen countries around the world.
Having become the only established payments processor in their industry sector, they’re now on the hunt for a marketing leader to fast-track their growth. The role requires someone to develop and implement their marketing strategy while running a marketing team and collaborating with sales.

The Head of Marketing / Marketing Director will:-
* Build and own the marketing function across all online channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Content, Brand, etc).
* Define and execute entire marketing campaigns and activities across relevant channels.
* Test, iterate, and scale effective strategies.
* Steer marketing efforts based on data-driven decisions and own clear performance KPIs.
* Motivate, mentor, and develop the marketing team and develop a long-term plan for team structure and growth
* Lead a unified approach to the design and aesthetic of online customer experience.

The Head of Marketing / Marketing Director must have:-
* Proven experience growing a B2B Saas startup or scale up brand- ideally fintech.
* Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance.
* Comfortable in an unstructured start-up environment.
* Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships and channel marketing.
* Great campaign management.
* You are an outstanding communicator, both written and verbal.
* The ability to take complex ideas and turn them into a simple narrative that engages audiences at every level.
