Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager needed by an established technology company operating in seven countries globally, with adventurous growth plans as they look to enter the US market as well as rapidly scale their Marketing Department. Having grown their Amazon sales by over 300%, they are now setting their sights on growing the overall company value by 250% in the next 5 years, with the Head of Marketing leading the way.
The Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager will work across both digital and offline marketing channels in both the B2B and B2C space. This is an exciting opportunity to for a Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager to use a diverse range of marketing skills with the view of elevating the company to new heights. The Head of Marketing will lead and mentor a talented team of five.
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £70-80k + Benefits
The Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager will:
* Develop and manage the implementation and budgeting of the marketing strategy across all online and offline channels. Email, PPC, retargeting, social media, SEO and more!
* Plan and execute acquisition campaigns. Both online and offline.
* Build, lead and inspire a team to enable you to carry out your responsibilities, working with external agencies as needed.
* Work closely with sales to provide active support to our sales team, including great sales messages, promotional offers and working on campaigns.
The Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager must have:
* Proven experience in both B2B & B2C marketing
* Offline and Digital Marketing channel experience
* Hands-on & strategic mindset
* Excellent analytic & communication skills
* Strong brand strategy experience with either agency or in house
* Experience managing and developing a team
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and able to react quickly to changing business needs
