We’re currently searching for a Head of Marketing (b2b) / Marketing Lead for an established B2B cloud communications and managed services provider. With over two decades in operation, and having partnered up with some of the world’s leading technology companies, the brand is already highly respected throughout the managed services industry. You will be responsible for driving a step change in their marketing activity to establish them as a leader in this space.

The focus of this role, at least in the short term, will be developing the brand strategy to enhance their brand image and strengthen awareness across their target industry verticals. You will also be responsible for driving lead generation across all digital channels and identifying strategic partnerships that will increase market share.

This role is focused on growth, which means performance marketing, demand gen, lead gen & account-based marketing.

This is a permanent full-time hybrid position, working in their central London (Zone 1) office 2-3 days per week.

You will lead a small team and you will report directly to the CTO in this role.

The will:

* Draw on a deep understanding of societal and market dynamics to shape the company’s brand identity
* Focus on strengthening brand awareness & market awareness, expanding the market reach & driving business growth
* Create and execute a thorough marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives
* Plan and implement marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising
* Oversee the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation to ensure maximum return on investment
* Examine marketing performance data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, utilizing insights to make data-driven decisions

The Head of Marketing (b2b) should:

* Have recent b2b marketing experience, working in an environment with high-value contracts with large enterprise clients e.g. Enterprise saas / software or technology services
* Possess strategic acumen and a highly analytical mindset
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Have leadership abilities, adept at team management and cultivating collaborative work environments, with a knack for prioritization, delegation, and independent work.
* Be proficient in marketing analytics, data-driven decision-making, and capable of conducting qualitative and quantitative research
* Have a disruptive mindset, challenging norms, and offering transformative insights
