Head of Growth / Performance Marketing Director / Growth Marketing Manager needed by a self funded ecommerce startup business who are rapidly scaling and seeing significant growth numbers.
The rapid growth has created a need for a Marketing Leader to join the business in order to expand their presence and customer base globally.
Head of Growth / Performance Marketing Director / Growth Marketing Manager will:-
* Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy across Amazon ads, social media ads & Google ads.
* Manage daily operations across digital marketing channels.
* Identify new opportunities, target audiences, and channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Develop and implement an affiliate marketing program. Monitoring affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance.
Head of Growth / Performance Marketing Director / Growth Marketing Manager must have:-
* Marketing experience at consumer goods businesses managing Amazon ads, social media ads & Google ads.
* Strong analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance.
* Comfortable in a fast growing, unstructured start-up environment.
* Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
