We are seeking a Group Product Marketing Manager (b2b) to join a well-established & rapidly growing global software company that provides cutting-edge solutions to help businesses streamline their data management processes. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies and driving growth.
The Role:
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position, with 1-2 days per month in Cambridge. There is occasional global travel, but this is not mandatory. You will report to the Director of Portfolio Marketing and lead a team of Product Marketing Managers.
The Group Product Marketing Manager will:
- Lead the development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive growth in a key product area.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Managers, ensuring they meet both individual and team goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and other Marketing teams to create and implement aligned GTM strategies.
- Develop deep insights into customer needs to craft compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Enable Sales teams by transferring product knowledge and providing tools to drive revenue.
- Report on team performance to senior leadership and contribute to long-term business strategy.
The Group Product Marketing Manager should have the following experience:
- Several years of B2B Product Marketing experience, preferably in a software vendor and in the tech sector.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably with direct management of product marketers.
- Expertise in developing and executing GTM strategies, especially for new product launches.
