Digital Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager needed by a B2B business who are already one of the leading independent economic research companies in the world.
They’re a small team operating from offices throughout the world & are at an exciting point of transitioning into a data- driven digital marketing strategy. This role sits within the Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director. This is a key hire as the successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the demand generation and by optimising the marketing mix and effectively leveraging paid and organic marketing channels to source new, high-quality leads for the business.
The Digital Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager will:-
*Plan and manage paid and organic digital marketing activities across PPC, SEO, display, and social channels.
*Develop creative and copy for digital campaigns, leveraging available tools and resources, with a focus on testing and innovation.
*Deliver profitable and sustainable performance improvement against our core KPIs of growth, efficiency, engagement and knowledge.
*Work with the Marketing Director to develop and deliver a consistent, best-in-class prospect and customer experience across all marketing channels.
*Regular reporting on activity to demonstrate attribution, results and returns, and using results for continuous improvement in efficiency of the marketing channels.
The Digital Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager / Demand Generation Manager must have:-
*At least 4 years digital marketing experience within a B2B business. Ideally working with fintech/ enterprise businesses.
*A track record of designing and delivering high-performing B2B lead generation strategies across the full range of digital channels including email, social media, pay-for-performance ads, SEO/SEM.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re a great writer who’s comfortable creating client-ready material across multiple formats.
*Proven experience measuring marketing effectiveness and managing marketing budgets.
*Project and budget management skills, illustrated by strong track record of working in cross-functional environment.
