CRM Manager/ B2B Marketing Manager/ Retention Manager needed by a B2B business who are already one of the leading independent economic research companies in the world.
They’re a small team operating from offices throughout the world & are at an exciting point of transitioning into a data- driven digital marketing strategy. This role sits within the Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Director. The CRM Manager is a key hire as you will be responsible for driving strategy and implementation across the email channel for both new client acquisition and existing client retention & up-sell.
Additionally, this role will serve as the business’ expert in marketing automation, tasked with achieving maximum return from our recently implemented marketing automation platform.
The CRM Manager/ B2B Marketing Manager/ Retention Manager will:-
*Develop and execute overall email marketing strategy by audience and segment.
*Own the email campaign and corresponding plans.
*Own Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring appropriate configuration to deliver email channel and broader integrated marketing channel needs.
*Establish KPI’s and track channel performance.
*Design effective CRM programs across the customer lifecycle and leverage automation and testing to optimise acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention.
The CRM Manager/ B2B Marketing Manager/ Retention Manager must have:-
*At least 4 years’ b2b client-side email and marketing automation platform experience.
*Email builds and deployments with working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
*Data-minded and results-focused with experience in measuring impact.
*Hugely customer-focused with a passion for great customer journeys and for quality of execution.
*Salesforce Marketing Cloud including; Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Web studio, Analytics Builder, and Data Extensions.
*Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
*Experience working in a multi-market environment.
*Google Analytics, Trello or similar.
*Copywriting/content creation skills.
