An Interim Head of Growth is required for a leading Video on Demand (VoD) subscription service that boasts over 5 million monthly viewers and is available across 20 different platforms from mobiles and TVs to tablets and game consoles.
This role is for a 9-month maternity cover, on a fixed term contract basis.
As Interim Head of Growth, your role will be to drive active viewer metrics across the product, increasing customer acquisition, retention and revenue across its 20 million + user base.
The Head of Growth will be responsible for:
*Leading a team to deliver against the defined Growth Strategy ensuring that metrics are being tracked
*Owning new user metrics. Overseeing the testing and implementation of new onboarding strategies to help encourage new users to convert to loyal users
*Developing an audience targeting strategy to drive user retention and develop test plans to prove effectiveness
*Owning retention metrics. Overseeing the development of retention strategies and testing plans to support key audience segments and key retention journeys.
*Defining the CRM strategy to drive active viewer metrics, as well as driving up opt-in rates
Candidates for the Head of Growth must have:
*Previous experience of working within a subscription business, ideally within the entertainment or media space
*A track record in using data to tell compelling stories and solving complex problems
*Proven line-management experience and the ability to influence and motivate by setting a clear direction
*Experience of working with Product and Technology teams to scope and deliver digital Product experiences
*Prior experience of representing major brands below the line, CRM experience very desirable along with Performance Marketing skill set
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Interim Head of Growth who is keen to take on a fixed term contract for a leading streaming brand. Ideally to start in July.
