We have been retained by a rapidly scaling FinTech to hire their next Chief Product Officer / VP Product.
You’ll be part of the executive team and lead the effort to shape the product roadmap, manage stakeholder relationships and implement team culture
The Chief Product Officer / VP Product will lead a Product team of 6 members which will rapidly grow as the Co scale internationally
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Package: £150-300k + Equity
This is an incredible opportunity for a Chief Product Officer / VP Product to join a fast growth Fintech that has already strong user base in the UK and USA. Our client is funded by the larger group and are expected to raise funding in 2023.
The Chief Product Officer / VP Product will:
· Ideate and execute the product strategy to enable rapid international growth
· Build, lead and mentor a high-performing product team (currently 6).
· Speak with investors, at conferences, forum and to the media and be seen to be the voice of the Co where appropriate.
· Build a product management culture that balances product intuition, design innovation, market insight and data-informed decision making.
· Ensure the product is best-in-class and the de facto solution to low-cost banking solutions, international payment, and FX For the SME sector
· Advise on acquisition strategy and integrate acquired product sets When appropriate
· Build business cases for new product initiatives with a keen focus on market & opportunity sizing.
The Chief Product Officer / VP Product must have:
· Experience building and leading world class product teams.
· Successfully scaled a product internationally.
· Very strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to use data and evidence to drive decision making.
· An understanding of international payments or experience working for a FinTech or NeoBank.
