Category Manager / Trading Manager / Product Manager needed by an established and fast-paced technology company operating in seven countries globally.
The Category Manager / Trading Manager / Product Manager will have responsibility for the profit and loss of a complete electronic components category as well as sourcing, supplier management, and new product development.
This is a superb opportunity for the Category Manager / Trading Manager / Product Manager to become an integral part of business on a fast trajectory as the company look to continuously expand their product proposition.
Location: West London (Hybrid with 4 days in office)
Salary: £50-60K + Benefits
The Category Manager / Trading Manager / Product Manager will:
– Develop product positioning and messaging for key products and products features
– Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver focused marketing campaigns and content
– Create product collateral, sales enablement content & case studies
– Use your entrepreneurial mindset to seek out new opportunities and platforms to sell products
– Set price level and lead team-guidance for the sales team
The Category Manager / Trading Manager / Product Manager must have:
– Proven experience in a trading or category management role
– A commercially-driven and ambitious mindset
– Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and able to react quickly to changing business needs
– A strong ability to build relationships to buy and negotiate with suppliers as well as an excellent knowledge of pricing
