Product Lead | Propositions | £100k-110k | London (Hybrid)
A Product Lead / Propositions Lead is needed by a large global B2B2C & B2C Tech company who provide a range of customer loyalty schemes and benefits, both direct via a mobile app and via white label solutions with the company is set to 4X their revenue over the next 2-3 years!

Package: £100,000 – 110,000 + Benefits
Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2 days week in office)
The Product Lead / Propositions Lead will report into the CPO and be a crucial role looking at all things propositions, from large key accounts to growth accounts, from new global and regional markets to expansion into new industries and sectors. The Product Lead will own the new market, growth and expansion opportunities for the business whilst directly leading a team of 5 talented product managers.
The Product Lead / Propositions Lead will:
Engage with the market and customers to derive insights which will drive the products.
- Lead the coordination and building of different propositions/partnerships globally.
- Engage with customers, partners and wider market to derive insights.
- Develop a vision and roadmap based on data and insights.
- Manage product planning, delivery, launch and marketing throughout the product life cycle.
- Directly lead a team of 5 Product Managers and a wider team of 15 cross-functionally.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and teams, to help the sales and marketing divisions.
The Product Lead / Propositions Lead must have:
- Experience working with global Partners to successfully launch new position / products.
- The capability to manage numerous internal and external stakeholders with occasionally competing demands.
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment where you build and execute at speed.
- Be self-motivated, able to work with both extremely creative and methodological people.
- Skilled with story design and estimation, with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Any experience of products involving complexity, data science, workflow.
- An evidence and data driven approach to prioritisation and product development.
