Customer Journey Manager | £500-600/Day | 3-month contract, 3 days per week | Tech4Good | UK, Remote

A Customer Journey Manager is needed by a fast scaling, digital-first healthcare company who are radically improving the lives of people who are living with neurodivergent or anxiety related conditions.

Salary Package: £500-600/Day, 3 Days per Week

Location: Fully Remote

The Customer Journey Manager will be responsible for reviewing and optimising the B2C customer journey process for the organisation’s end users, from onboarding through to in-life and retention. You will work cross-functionally with with Marketing, Customer Support and Product Team to project manage, revamp, and relaunch the user comms journey.

This is a three-month contract, though may be extended an additional month.

The Customer Journey Manager’s responsibilities include:

  • Audit and map existing customer communication touchpoints across service journey.
  • Identify and test new ideas across channels, content or automation to improve engagement
  • Develop reporting framework with KPIs like open rates, click-throughs and conversion rates

The Customer Journey Manager must have:

  • Proven experience in customer journey optimisation and communications planning.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools (experience with HubSpot is highly desirable).
  • Experience working with neurodivergent or accessibility-focused audiences is desirable but not required.
