A Head of Propositions / Senior Propositions Manager is needed by one of Britain’s best heritage educational organisations. You will ensure they remain as the UK’s leading provider in their field and continue to drive product development and progression.
The Head of Propositions / Senior Propositions Manager will have full ownership of delivering impactful value propositions that will shape the way the company deliver their broad portfolio of products. You will lead a diverse team and continue to strengthen their world class services, driving innovation at all times.
The Head of Propositions / Senior Propositions Manager will:
* Enhance current propositions and develop new strategic ones
* Own the propositions strategy and roadmap
* Work closely with internal teams to develop the propositions pipeline
* Create strong business cases for new value propositions
* Lead and manage a team, building a strong propositions function
The Head of Propositions / Senior Propositions Manager must have:
* Lead the creation and launch of successful value propositions
* Delivered customer experience design frameworks
* Experience presenting strategic proposals to an audience
* Leadership skills and must feel comfortable coaching others
* A strategic and commercial mindset
