VP Product / Product Director / Director of Product needed by a rapidly scaling tech company who are actively solving the global commercial inefficiency in a multi-£100b industry, with a strong environmental focus.
The leaderships team comprises of Executives from Amazon and other global brands that are customer-focused, with a data driven approach to solving customer problems.
With 300 staff and growing, this company operates with a dynamic flat organisational structure, so you will become a hands-on functional expert, working with a range of stakeholders, and leading a matrix team to deliver.
The VP Product / Product Director / Director of Product will drive the business forward with energy and pace. You will help organise and prioritise work motivating the product teams to deliver world class software solutions.
The VP Product / Product Director / Director of Product will:
-Manage product team with a focus on delivery in a highly technical environment
-Set a clear product vision and strategy
-Work closely with the leadership team to shape future product strategy
-Lead and support the engineering teams to produce world-class solutions
Candidates for the VP Product / Product Director / Director of Product role must have:
-Previous experience as a product leader working on complex internal, backend SAAS, data driven products
-Ability to think strategically, but also be obsessive about detail
-Comfortable with the use of data to understand and solve problems
-Be customer obsessive by hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration
-Ideally have a strong academic profile, from a top tier university
