Social Commerce Manager (TikTok Shop)

We’re searching for a Social Commerce Manager / Social Media eCommerce / TikTok Shop Manager for a PE-backed start-up business. They are an eCommerce agency who are simplifying the way consumer businesses interact with social commerce & online marketplaces. They provide end-to-end solutions and state-of-the-art technology to revolutionize how brands approach selling on eCommerce marketplaces. They’re now branching out further by introducing a TikTok Shop offering.
In this role, you will be primarily in charge of managing & sourcing content creators/influencers, to enhance the social commerce strategy & drive sales on TikTok shop.
This is a permanent full-time hybrid position, working in their central London (Zone 1) office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
The Social Commerce Manager / Social Media eCommerce / TikTok Shop Manager will:
Establish new partnerships with content creators and influencers across different social media channels.
Develop strong relationships with those influencers to secure continuing collabs and brand loyalty.
Manage campaign development & execution: Collaborate with content creators & influencers & manage execution of influencer-led social commerce campaigns.
Performance tracking & optimisation
Develop creative content strategies & coordinate with internal teams
Stay up to date with the latest trends on TikTok
The Social Commerce Manager / Social Media eCommerce / TikTok Shop Manager should have:
*Experience with TikTok shop* is essential
3-5+ years experience in affiliate and influencer marketing
Experience managing influencer campaigns & building relationships with content creators
