Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Senior Product Owner needed for a fast-growing e-commerce business that combines world-class fulfilment with extensive technology to offer an intelligent data-driven approach to e-commerce fulfilment.
As the Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Senior Product Owner you will report to the Technical Director and be the main dedicated product expert working across customer facing and internal products and platforms, given full control to set up and oversee the product development team. You’ll coach and (matrix) manage a team of developers and designers, both onshore and offshore.
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Senior Product Owner will:
* Work in a cross functional team with the developers, designers, managers and other stakeholders, maintaining the product backlog
* Manage & perform to OKRs / KPIs
* Support the UI/UX team
* Represent the customer with the development process
* Understand and identify developments & requirements through full team collaboration
* Write high-level requirements – Typically as user stories and epics
The Senior Product Manager / Product Lead / Senior Product Owner must have:
* 2-3 years’ experience as a Product Manager, whether B2B or B2C, from any sector (eg retail, eCommerce, travel, Media, Fintech, Edtect, Healthtech, SAAS, fulfilment, data visualisation & dashboards, etc)
* Possess some exposure of UX /User Experience, whether with a consumer facing product or B2B2C or with a B2B user interface.
* The potential to work multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
* Be able to prioritize valuable features depending on user/business needs, working iteratively
* High level of Agile/Scrum understanding
