I am looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of the UK’s leading high-profile scale-up brands. You will develop to the vision, strategy and delivery of a brand-new proposition for the organisation. It’ll be super high profile and will give you lots of exposure to several product first business leaders.
Salary: £85,000 – £95,000 + 10% Bonus
Location: London (Hybrid)
Over the next 3 years they plan to digitise one of the most complex and complicated purchase journeys an individual must go through, and you’ll be at the forefront of this. Genuinely you will be using the best tech, datasets, and innovation to solve the real-life problems you, your parents and your kids will go through.
The Senior Product Manager will help the develop their core proposition from a traditional transactional customer experience to a full-service, sticky relationship one across web, app, CRM and their marketplace.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:
. Building a brand-new proposition that will significantly affect the success of the businesses growth in years to come.
. Leading the full cycle product management for their brand-new product set and cross functional teams
. Using insights, data, market potential, trends, problems, and opportunities to develop a product vision and strategy
. Demonstrating the product strategy is aligned to achieve the business strategy
. Ensure user centred principles are applied in product design and development.
. Ensuring work is impactful and aligns to business growth ambitions.
. Bringing value to market early and often. Small pieces regularly, not big chunks every 6 months!
. Facilitating discussions around discovery and test and learn process to validate or kill ideas using data and insight driven decision making.
The Senior Product Manager will have:
. Have a strong background within product management in any consumer sector, such as eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, media, fintech, entertainment, utilities, etc.
. Achieved success delivering consumer facing products that drive real user value and business financial goals.
. Leveraged both user experience and AB testing to find product/market fit.
. You create structure out of ambiguity and have a pragmatic “can do” and “make it happen” attitude in a collaborative way.
. An analytical mind and can communicate product performance through Google Analytics, SQL, Google Sheets and/or Segment etc.
. A passion for beautiful products – obsessing over simplicity, clarity, and pixel perfection.
