I am looking for a Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Owner / Product Lead for a hyper growth, Ed Tech scale up. They work with students around the world to discover and explore the best pathways available to them. They help universities to discover and attract the students that contribute to their diverse, vibrant and successful courses and campuses.
They have just doubled in size over the last 12 months and plan to grow to 50 employees by the end of the year. It’s a B2C proposition and are looking for a Product leader to help create the most engaging platform that students will love to use.
They are a fun, close team who are going through significant growth and they need a new experienced product leader talent to take them to the next stage.
What they The Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Owner / Product Lead will be doing:
. Owning the product strategy and backlog for end-to-end customer journeys pre and post launch.
. Customer experience for the region, across digital and offline plus the business and operational processes underpinning them.
. Taking a lean, research led approach to improvements.
. Acting as the core interface between tech and the local business
. Delivering an MVP on time and budget
. Working closely with developers and UX designers, to enable the creation of high-quality user stories.
What the Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Owner / Product Lead will bring:
. Demonstrable experience as a growth focussed product manager in in any consumer sector, such as eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, media, fintech, entertainment, etc.
. Experience driving core customer and business metrics (revenue, acquisition, LTV etc)
. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating with colleagues at all levels and influence at a high level and able to make a real impact
