An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Product Manager / Product Manager to lead the delivery of a new scheduling and optimisation platform for a well-known retailer which will redefine how nearly 200,000 customer visits are made each year!

The Senior Product Manager / Product Manager will own a new white-labelled software platform that accelerates field team operations nationwide, eases customer service pressure, and speeds up the delivery of customer visits.
The Senior Product Manager will:
- Own the end-to-end integration and rollout of the white-label platform, ensuring whole company adoption.
- Set the roadmap for the platform’s customisable frontend experience.
- Set clear product requirements and lead cross-functional teams through an agile and API-first build approach.
- Partner with senior operational stakeholders to eliminate bottlenecks, then monitor performance post-launch to drive continual optimisation.
The Senior Product Manager must have:
- Strong experience developing large scale internal tool / platform into an existing software infrastructure.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders.
- Confidence working as an individual contributor on high-impact projects.
- Experience working with a large retailer, supply chain, logistics or workforce management / scheduling software would be desirable, but not essential.
