Senior Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager needed by a tech and cybersecurity organisation who have proven track record in delivering complex solutions for some of the most well-known brands across the UK.

The Senior Marketing Manager / B2B Marketing Manager will:-

*Create and deliver marketing plans that meet or exceed annual targets.
*Provide direct marketing leadership across the Company.
*Provide marketing development paths for team members as and when required.
*Proactively drive the strategic direction of the Company’s Marketing Team.
*Ensure the performance of marketing campaigns are reviewed effectively to identify the conduits that best optimise awareness and provide a return on investment.

The B2B Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager must have:-
*Proven B2B marketing experience across any sector- healthtech, edtech, regtech ect
*A self motivated, confident attitude with proven experience in a start-up environment
*Excellent organisation and project management skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re a great writer who’s comfortable creating client-ready material across multiple formats.
*A data driven attitude and take a test-learn-optimise approach to improving and reporting on performance.
*An analytical mindset
*Excellent communication skills in written & verbal English
