Retention Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager

Growth Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager / Retention Marketing Manager needed by a fast-growing ecommerce health and wellness business who are fully profitable, sold in over 40 different countries around the world and has already featured in publications such as GQ, Daily Mail, and Who What Wear.

The business is operating in an industry that’s expanding at a significant space and are already becoming an industry leader. As their business continues to grow, they’re now looking to expand their marketing team by bringing in an experience Marketer to own their Retention strategy across the board.

The Retention Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager will:-
* Own and manage retention marketing through current and expanding customer touch points.
* Use data to drive analysis and insight that defines future strategy.
* Research and track new growth trends, assist with new marketing activities, actively hypothesise, test, and learn.
* Work closely with content strategy team to contribute to the creation of new digital marketing content.

The Retention Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager must have:-
* Proven growth marketing experience within a DTC ecommerce start up business.
* Strong ability to write clearly and persuasively and communicate effectively.
* A proactive nature – a self-starter who can work with little guidance, take your own initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Experience with any of Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, TikTok, marketing attribution software preferred.
