Product Manager needed by leading Tech4Good organisation.
Our client is an established, profitable business whose software is used across a range of sectors to help improve equality within hiring practices.
This is a 12 – 14 FTC covering maternity leave with a good possibility of turning permanent if the business continues to hit its objectives.
The Product Manager will have full autonomy over developing the products as well as scaling and adapting the product to maximise growth. The product is broadly part of the HR Tech sector and allows employees and applicants to connect with a relevant employee for mentoring; this improves applicant & employee engagement & retention.
The Product Manager will report directly to the Head of Product and will work alongside a team of designers, developers, and analysts.
The Product Manager will:
Work with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and build business cases.
Build the product strategy and roadmap.
Work collaboratively with developers to release best in class products that users love.
Roll out product trials and product launches.
The Product Manager must have:
A track record delivering user friendly B2B or B2C products
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Experience in new product development and the innovation cycle.
A desire to use technology to make a positive improvement to society and people’s lives
