SaaS Product Director needed by leading provider of Customer Service Management Software.
Our client is currently searching for a Product Director / Head of Product whose software is used across a range of business sectors to help improve customer service and all-round service management delivery.
Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + Share Options & Benefits
Location: Fully Remote
The Product Director / Head of Product will have full autonomy over the shaping, coaching and developing of the product roadmap over the coming years as the organisation continues to growth its ARR and implement AI into its product offerings.
The Product Director / Head of Product will report directly to the CEO, lead a growing team of 4 Product people and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and developer teams to ensure future growth.
The Product Director / Head of Product will:
* Take over and prioritise the current roadmap and backlog.
* Manage the product strategy and roadmap.
* Lead, upskill and scale a talented Product team of 4.
* Work collaboratively with developers to release best in class products that users love.
* Roll out product trials and product launches.
The Product Director / Head of Product must have:
* A track record delivering great SaaS products.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in new product development and the innovation cycle.
* Experience working with service management software would be beneficial, but not necessary.
