A Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager is required by our client, a music driven tech start-up that is disrupting the creator economy.
At an exciting time in their trajectory having been selected to join an industry leading accelerator programme, the Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager will join a passionate team as they embark on the next stage in their journey. This role would be ideal for someone who is equally passionate about creative industries particularly with a music edge.
In this role, the Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager will work alongside the CEO to:
*Create a communication strategy and execution for users
*Collaborate on branding and messaging with a clear direction on social media channels
*Manage an ever-growing community including on Discord
*Define acquisition and retention strategies with a campaign led multi-channel approach
*Analyse user engagement patterns and understand how to improve them
To be successful in this role, the Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager must have:
*3+ years in a marketing role ideally from a start-up environment
*Experience working with creators such as artists, producers, live streamers, DJs, bands, podcasters and vtubers on a large scale
*A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a strong visual and copywriting skillset
*A mind-set of testing & iterating
*A track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, demonstrating a growth mindset
Experience of working in the Creator Economy, MusicTech, Creator Tools, Streaming Platforms or Gaming would be a great advantage.
