Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Sales Enablement Manager needed by a well-funded B2B SaaS scale up business who are operating within the rapidly growing HR tech space.
Within the last 2 years, they’ve tripled the size of their customer base and revenue, and are now entering the next stage of their growth which involves building out their marketing, sales and customer success function.
This role sits at the crossroads of all 3 teams and will involve developing and implementing strategies to support the effectiveness and productivity of the sales and customer success teams.
The Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Sales Enablement Manager will:-
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
* Identify areas for improvement in the sales process, tools and resources and create initiatives to address them.
* Design and deliver training programmes to equip sales with the knowledge and skills required to sell.
* Develop high-quality sales content.
* General Product marketing around new features and functionalities.
The Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Sales Enablement Manager must :-
* Have proven marketing experience within a B2B SaaS organisation- ideally within a start up/ scale up business.
* Have exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Have a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance metrics and make data-backed recommendations.
* Be a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
* Be Familiar with B2B marketing and a solid understanding of the buyer’s journey.
