Working for a rapidly scaling SAAS software business that’s taken on over £100m in funding and dominates a niche market globally, the Head of Marketing / VP of Marketing / Marketing Lead will plan and execute every aspect of marketing within the company’s next phase of growth and beyond. They have a proven product market fit and are going into a scaling phase as they acquire and delight more global enterprise customers.
They have a diverse global team and you will be remotely (UK) based, with meet-up time periodically when safe to do so.
The Director of Demand Generation/ VP marketing/ Head of Marketing will:-
*Deliver Marketing Qualified Leads to the Sales team in order to ensure achievement of the business plan.
*Develop and execute the marketing strategy that contributes to the company’s growth goals, including demand generation across all channels, product and solutions marketing, customer acquisition, content, events, social media, and PR.
*Take full ownership of all KPIs relating to customer acquisition and retention.
*Establish a customer reference programme by developing the company’s library of case studies.
*Lead a unified approach to the design and aesthetic of our online and offline customer experience.
*Build a valuable network of strategic partners.
The Director of Demand Generation/ VP marketing/ Head of Marketing must have:-
*Proven experience growing a B2B enterprise Saas brand across any sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
*Proven experience within a dynamic, fast-paced, start-up environment.
*Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance.
*Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
*Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Experience with Hubspot Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
*The ability to be comfortable making complex decisions with limited information and owning the results of these decisions.
