This exciting Performance Marketing Lead / Head of Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing Manager interim role involves launching a new product for a FMCG product and driving the early stages of consumer acquisition and conversion across all performance channels.
You’ll shape the launch plan and manage campaign execution through an agency, with a budget of £50-80k per month.
The Performance Marketing Lead / Head of Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing Manager will use all relevant channels, including PPC, paid social, display, etc. You’ll also evaluate and test influencer channels and have input in to brand campaigns.
The Performance Marketing Lead / Head of Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing Manager must have:
-Strong performance marketing experience across all performance channels
-Ideally experience acquiring consumers and converting with a physical FMCG product
-Comfort setting the strategy and being hands on with execution
-Experience managing agencies
-Strong comfort with data to drive campaign optimisation
-Strong communication skills to work with different stakeholders
