They recently IPO’d and the Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will join an established and growing leadership team to implement a Product first business practice. You will own the backlog, releases and the roadmap, and work with the exec team to diversify their product portfolio through new tech.
A true greenfield project but coming at an early stage, the Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will help steer the business to use data and digital properly because they by no means are there yet! If you’re not ready for a challenge like this, it’s probably not for you…
The Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:
. Developing a fully functioning digital product function within a business from scratch
. Targeting cost to serve and developing the existing self-serve platform
. Drive acquisition improvements through ecommerce continuous improvements
. Being the internal lead when developing new digital products
. Coaching, mentoring and hiring a digital product team
The senior product manager / head of product / product lead will have:
. A track record of delivering and owning products for B2B business at some stage of a digital transformation.
. Experience of cross functional collaboration and prioritisation of requirements.
. Strong stakeholder management experience.
. The ability to be nice and have fun, you’d fit in with everyone else!
