Head of Marketing/ VP Marketing

Head of Marketing/ VP Marketing/ Marketing Director needed by a mission driven business who are a leading voice within their sector, while helping people around the UK make the most of their talents.
Although they’re well established, their growth continues apace and their future involves international expansion and even new product launches.
With a new product launch poised for Q1 2022, they’re looking for a talented hands-on marketer who has experience launching new digital products to take full ownership of all things marketing and lead an already established talented team of marketers.

The Head of Marketing/ VP Marketing/ Marketing Director will:-
*Develop and manage the implementation of the marketing strategy across all channels. Email, PPC, retargeting, social media, SEO and more.
*Lead and direct the national rollout of a new product which will be operating across multiple sectors.
*Build, lead and inspire a team to enable you to carry out your responsibilities (currently six talented specialists), working with external agencies as needed.
*Lead the relationship with our product and development team
*Work closely with sales: Provide active support to our sales team, including great sales messages, promotional offers, working on campaigns to be delivered inhouse providing up to date and accurate information and be in charge of all collateral.

The Head of Marketing/ VP Marketing/ Marketing Director must have:-
*Proven experience growing a B2B enterprise Saas brand across any sector, such as eCommerce, media, fintech, edtech, healthtech, finance, travel, marketplaces, etc.
*Proven experience launching a new product. (internationally is a bonus).
*Very strong numerical and analytical skill to measure activity and drive performance.
*Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
*Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Experience with Hubspot Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
*The ability to be comfortable making complex decisions with limited information and owning the results of these decisions.
